District Art and Music Showcase

The Georgia District of Kiwanis International held the Final Competition of the Art and Music Showcase in Albany Georgia on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

Congratulations to Albert Shin, violinist sponsored by the Carrollton Kiwanis Club. Albert placed third in the contest and will receive $ 1,000 scholarship.

The art for the showcase was housed in the old Carnegie Library building , next door to the historic Albany Theater, where the music competition was held.

Thanks to Showcase Chair Ken Rodd and the Dougherty County Kiwanis Club and the clubs of Division Five for a fine job of producing the District Showcase !
