Awards Patches for Carrollton

President Carlos Ruiz presented two patches to Past-President Mike Dugan for awards earned during his term as President.

 

Dugan promptly credited the late Susan Duncan and others for stepping up to the plate and working hard for the Carrollton Kiwanis club.
